Multiple dates availableOur 7-Course Chef's Tasting Menu is a celebration of Canada’s finest local and seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully curated into seven courses that highlight the best our region has to offer. Priced at $125 per guest, this experience requires all guests at the table to participate, with the last seating at 9:15 PM. Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may be unable to accommodate the Chef’s Menu. The Chef’s Tasting Menu requires advance booking and may not be available for guests who have not reserved it. We are happy to adjust for dietary preferences and allergies with advance notice. Optional beverage pairings are available for $80-$90 per person.
