   Great meal and service. We enjoyed our experience. However the filet was overpriced and at that point having to pay a la carte for sides was a bit much.

   Food and service was outstanding. But an issue with salad(s) brought someone out from the kitchen to investigate. This person was borderline rude and condescending, asking us “what exactly” was wrong with the salads. When we tried to explain, he said that he had personally seen the vegetables that were delivered that morning, and he intimated that there should not have been anything wrong with either one. He apologized in the end but after the grilling we took, it was a bit half-hearted.

   Overall it was a nice evening. We had an 8:30 reservation and the table wasn’t ready when we arrived. We sat in what I thought would be a quiet corner. After we were seated, a party of about 10-12 sat next to us. The waiter was so loud and boisterous I thought I was at the circus and he was the ring master. He put on quite the show, unfortunately I did not buy tickets to the circus and was a bit annoyed. I don’t think I would go back. It was just eeeehh

   Food was good. Service was incredibly slow. The female bartender on Feb. 22, 2025 around 6:30pm, was out to lunch. She took our order three times for two cocktails and in twenty minutes, never made the order. She went on to someone else each time w o making our drinks. So, we gave up and left the bar. Thomas was a good waiter, but could’ve checked in a bit more and increased his attentiveness. The restaurant was incredibly cold. The rolls were absolutely amazing. Steak and fries were good, but nothing to write home about..same w the brussel sprouts. The angel hair and marinara were “gooey”. Meatballs were good, but temperature wasn’t hot. Will return, and hope the ambiance and service improves.

   Fantastic service, beyond excellent food. It was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I will definitely be returning.

   Been dining at Rick’s over the past 2 decades. Fine dining at its best. Service and food have always been exceptional.

   We were welcomed by very friendly hostesses and seated at our reservation time. It was my wife's "special birthday" and a nice touch that the restaurant had put a birthday card on the table for her. Abdullah (.sp) was our waiter and was exceptional throughout the evening, he was very cordial and timing as to when to show up at the table and when not was impeccable. We started with the crispy oysters and burrata salad, both which were excellent. The oysters had a nice spicy lick to them. Abdullah assisted with our entree selection of surf/turf for my wife and I had their filet special with crab and bernaise sauce - both entrees were prepared perfectly. Dinner was capped off with a surprise creme brûlée desert for my wife and pictures were taken of us celebrating by Abdullah. Thanks to Rick Erwin's West End Grille for a fantastic dinner and evening.

   Crabcakes are good, two small meatball size. Scallops are good, three to a meal. Food and service is always good. They bring one delicious roll for each customer with a balsamic and oil dip. A nice touch. We eat here 3-4 times a year. A favorite restaurant of ours. Never a bad meal.

    Absolutely perfect evening. The food was the best meal my wife and I have ever had. Service was professional and smart and kind.
