   Bar service was fabulous, and all staff were exceptionally pleasant. The filet was superb, the strip was excellent but the Delmonico ribeye was very subpar. It was grizzly, lacked adequate marbling and was not tender at all. Flavor was also suspect; not beefy and some weird taste evident. The side dishes were over the top delicious .

   BEWARE.if you valet your vehicle it will ruin your evening rudest, most obnoxious valet attendants They lost our ticket and keys , and I was told if I complained to get my own car….got the manager and waiter …who straightened it out Food, service, presentation and attention to detail inside the restaurant is superb ! Highly recommended, just walk or park your own car… avoid the valet service entirely!

   Serenity was incredible and so were all of the other top-notch staff members. From start to finish, everything was superb . The food, service, and ambience were outstanding!! Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you so much for a fabulous & memorable dining experience!

   Our service was missing half the time and did not serve us. We had other servers notice that our water glasses were empty for more than 10 mins and came to fill our glasses up. The service should have been better when you are paying for that kind of service and food.

   First time at Greenville location. Welcomed and seated in short order. Server was professional, timely and knowledgeable. Wish there were more wine by the glass options. We started with wedge salad and she crab soup and we enjoyed both. I ordered veal Milanese and my wife ordered scallops. She enjoyed her meal but there only three scallops. The veal was cooked but dry. Could have used more sauce of some sort. Perhaps one should stick to beef but few places serve veal. Worth another try but at these prices, expectations are high

   Surf and Turf was excellent. Spouse had the pasta with meatballs. The meatballs were excellent however the pasta/sauce had no taste. The desert, key lime pie, very good as was the NOLA shrimp appetizer. Very clean, excellent service, bar drinks also very good. Would recommend.

   My husband and I visited for the first time for our anniversary dinner. Server was cheerful, kind, helpful, and attentive. She attempted to make the experience personable. We had an appetizer, drinks, and decided on the steak special for 2. We had an entire conversation with our server about our preference for steak temp and at no point were there any red flags about our request. The food took a while which for fine dining can be expected. The server did come by once to let us know it should be out soon but it was just taking a while to get our big steak up to the temp we requested. 2 individuals from the kitchen brought out steak out on a platter. It was cut into sections. The appearance at first glance was not appealing. The smaller portions looked like small black charred lumps of coals. The thinner slices had a very dark thick crust on all sides. When I touched the outside of the meat with my fork you could hear the crunch. The taste was so unbearable I had to spit it out. I attempted to cut the char off of the slices to get to the lighter pink colored meat and the burnt taste was still present. The server came by to check how the food was and when asked I let her know in a very nice and apologetic way as I felt horrible to have to complain. She said she was sorry and wanted us to enjoy what we had ordered. She did say that we had ordered our steak med well and that they do char the meat at the end. After she walked away I assumed the manager would arrive at our table soon. They never came! Our server came back after about 20 mins after we had eaten some of our sides and asked if we wanted anything boxed up…. No mention of the issue with the steak. She even asked if we wanted the entire burnt to a crisp cold steak that had just been sitting there boxed up to go! We were so confused. When she brought the check she finally said oh yes and because you didn’t like the steak we discounted it 50%. The steak special for 2 that we did not enjoy still cost us $100!
