We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately in a comfortable booth. Our server was a delightful young woman with a lovely sense of humor. We accepted her suggestion of the special Valentine meal—beef, chicken, shrimp, a variety of peppers, black beans, rice,and a delicious chocolate dessert. We chose not to include Margaritas, but others around us obviously enjoyed theirs. In total, it was a very pleasant Valentine’s dinner.

First time diner at Ridge Cantina. White queso and chips were some of the best I've ever had. I had the birria tacos with rice and refried black beans. Fantastic! My friend had the fajita chicken tacos. Also, Fantastic! We shared the flan (Kahlua and espresso infused) for dessert. So good! Highly recommend. Great dining experience. Service was great as well. Thanks, John!

We love the Cantina for its authentic Central American menu. The mole is outstanding!! I made the mistake of trying to eat the red pepper on my plate … whoooo! It was REALLY HOT!!!

Excellent food as always, fresh. Sarah’s Swirl is my favorite cocktail, sweet and tart. Good grilled fish tacos and chicken enchiladas. The enchiladas you get to choose from 4 sauces. Good sized portions, I am never able to finish a meal

This was the second time to eat here. Underwhelmed the first time but thought we’d give it another try. One order was made incorrect (street tacos). Mostly the food was bland like we thought before. Maybe it’s the difference between “Tex-Mex” and “Mexican”. Not a good value but our waitress , Sky, excelled.

Live music Friday nights - this week very good I ALWAYS get the drink Sarah's Swirl -frozen margarita w/sangria swirl - so yummy I find the guac to be bland Good salsa We had the grilled fist tacos and chicken BLT tacos (branching out as I usually get the layered enchilada - you get to choose from 4 sauce toppings Lovely outdoor courtyard in which to sit with a large water fountain

We loved sitting on the patio listening to the Holders! John was an amazing waiter and the churros were so good!

Just not very good. The sides and queso fundido were good. The mains, shrimp and asada, were really not. They weren’t bad, just not good. Disappointing and for the money Noche is a great bet.
