T2D Concepts, the purpose-driven hospitality group led by chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, has cooked up its latest concept, Radici Wood-Fired Grill. Meaning “roots” in Italian, Radici draws inspiration from Tiffany's early experiences in Italian restaurants, Tom's maternal heritage, and both Tiffany and Tom's travels through Italy. The menu changes based on seasonal availability and centers around meats and vegetables prepared in a wood-fired grill and a selection of fresh pastas made daily.

Nestled in front of our open kitchen, you’ll enjoy a five-course menu crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients and inspired by authentic Italian flavors. With options for a unique wine pairing or cocktail experience along with interactions with the Radici Service and Kitchen team, this immersive experience not only tantalizes the palate but also enriches the mind. As part of your reservation, be sure to choose one of the wine and spirit pairings selected by our Sommelier to perfectly complement your evening. This exclusive experience is for up to four guests per evening and will start at 6PM and we suggest you plan to join us for 2.5 hours.

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Radici From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right lighting and decor. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations from the menu. The food was outstanding—each dish was a perfect blend of flavors, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I especially loved the lasagna which was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The pistachio olive oil cake was the perfect way to end the meal—decadent but not overwhelming.

The food and the service were great. Would highly recommend the lasagna and the bolognese. Loved the ambiance too!

I have never had any restaurant charge 5.5% to use a credit card, Just for this, will not return. To many other places as good or better that do not take advantage of its customers, nothing was posted of this and, it is not until you receive and read your bill, that you discover this practice ! Diner beware !!!

We had a beautiful bday dinner! After we finished, we realized our meal was almost all vegetarian-and was delicious! Chef has another hit with the service and food. They even put my fedora in the office to keep it safe and clean. We'll be back!

Wonderful experience. We had 4 courses and shared most items. The grilled fish and desserts are amazing.

The Shef Food & Wine experience on Friday was nothing short of amazing. From the unique food pairings to the amazing wines. It was a wonderful experience. My favorite dishes were the African Yam hummus on Yam roti, the ceviche and the Cod. Yum. Chefs kiss. Can't wait to attend next year

The food was excellent and service was fantastic. The rigatoni with guanciale was outstanding but the carrots side was #1. I highly recommend Radici

Where should we go? North Dallas, Lower Greenville, Knox Henderson? Maybe Bishop Arts tonight? Look no further than Carrollton Texas for one of the best dining experience in DFW. The food, the ambiance, the crowd….all wonderful. But what’s so unique about this place (and its sister establishment next door….we went there a few weeks earlier)? It’s got what so many places just don’t. Heart, soul and love. From the moment you are greeted at the door to the “look forward to seeing you again soon!” and everything in between, you feel the entire team is there for you. So no need to describe the beautifully assembled, delicious dishes, go see for yourself. Then go back again until you’ve tried everything on the menu. I plan on it.
