T2D Concepts, the purpose-driven hospitality group led by chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, has cooked up its latest concept, Radici Wood-Fired Grill. Meaning “roots” in Italian, Radici draws inspiration from Tiffany's early experiences in Italian restaurants, Tom's maternal heritage, and both Tiffany and Tom's travels through Italy. The menu changes based on seasonal availability and centers around meats and vegetables prepared in a wood-fired grill and a selection of fresh pastas made daily.

From the moment I walked into Radici, I knew this was going to be something special, but I could never have imagined just how unforgettable the experience would be. Everything—from the drinks to the food to the service—was beyond top-notch. The attention to detail and the quality of every single element was extraordinary. What truly set this apart was being in close proximity to the chef and owner. Their passion, creativity, and genuine warmth transformed an incredible meal into something absolutely magical. You can feel the love and craftsmanship in every bite, every sip, and every interaction. This is, without question, my favorite restaurant, and I’m already planning to be a regular. I can’t wait to come back and relive this one-of-a-kind dining experience. Radici is an absolute gem. Do yourself a favor—go.

Don’t bother. Service was horrible. Food was nothing to write home about. Dessert were the best part of the meal. Management has failed this restaurant and the training of the server. Waited 15 minutes for drink orders. Entrees not brought to all at once. They tried to make up with complimentary desserts and a few drinks. Realistically, Tiffany need to correct a major problem here as I was not impressed. I travel the world and this is the opposite of Unreasonable Hospitality (or maybe it actually was) Not acceptable!

Very knowledgeable server plus several Leads dropped by the table. We enjoy dining here for unique and interesting takes on Italian cuisine plus perfectly executed classics.

Absolutely amazing dinner. Service was superior. All the food was perfect. The soup to start was perfect on a rainy cold day. Pasta was fresh. The chicken main dish was so Smokey and savory. The tiramisu is quickly becoming a favorite in DFW for me. Great martinis.

Shef Derry does it again. The food is amazing. Service was impeccable. What a special place to celebrate a special birthday! The only thing missing was Shef herself. Maybe next time!

Seems like tastefulness of food deteriorated. Had to return soup into which salt had been poured... Need qc there., that should never happen. Most disturbing was the constant percussion best if the techno best music more suitable to LA fitness environment than a fine dining restaurant, and whats with the wide Screen tv images of random places around the world. How does that enhance the relaxed dining experience

Overall not a bad experience, but not outstanding. Beet & Burrata was good, wish it were accompanied by toast. Loved the roasted carrots as well. Presentation for the tortellini was blah.. The Pistachio Olive Oil cake was delicious, so was the homemade marmalade.
