   Delicious fajitas, great ambience and awesome service!!! The Executive Chef even stopped by to check on our experience. We will definitely be back.

   Wait staff is top notch. Never had to wait for a tea refill. The manager stopped by to check on people - nice touch. The food was outstanding - depth of flavor! I had the tilapia & shrimp, my wife had the 50/50 fajitas. The spinach cream sauce was to die for. This p0lace is my wife's favo0rite!

   We had a great service. Food was warm, and as on previous visit, a large tasty brunch dish which started with mix fruit dish, an omelet dish, dessert and nice mimosa. They have remodeled, nice.

   We came in with a huge group for a double birthday celebration dinner. Our server was amazing! He never missed a beat even with all of our crazy family members! He catered to our needs quickly and efficiently with a smile on his face! Even with all our requests he would respond with of course it is my pleasure. I wish I recalled his name because he was the best server I’ve experienced in quite a while that seemed to be truly great at his job and enjoyed it as well. Also, all the food was amazing and the restaurant was nice and clean and very esthetically pleasing! And all the rest of the staff was great too! The host greeted us as we trickled in a few at a time. He was friendly and walked us over to our table that was already set up to join our group. The bussers were also attentive and cleared dishes as soon as possible when we were done with them. Chips were also served and refilled regularly by another staff person. Overall this was an amazing experience and I’m very glad we decided to have this family birthday dinner there tonight!

   We had a reservation for six on 1/5/25, made in advance for a family get together while my spouse and I visited from the Chicago, Illinois area. Of all the restaurants my spouse and I visited during our 8-day stay in Euless, this was the worst in terms of service and food. I will not be returning to Rio Mambo in Euless, Texas. Our total bill was over $190 for four of us (as the other two paid their own bill). Drinks were made incorrectly, the food was sub-par, and the young female server was either inexperienced, complacent, or unhappy with her job. Her aloofness and show of frustration was surprising when family members requested information on certain wines, menu items, or additional silverware, etc. I still gave her a cash gratuity of 25% in spite of all this, as I know servers don't get paid very well by restaurants. With so many options in the area, please provide better training of your staff in terms of knowledge of the menu items and bar offerings, and in terms of attitude. We don't expect overly sappy treatment, but the off-putting behavior was unnecessary and detracted from our experience.

   I made a reservation for a party of 8. We we seated promptly and aervers arrived quickly. The entree I ordered was typical TexMex, a bit bland but ok. Overall a good experience.

    Service is prompt and courteous. The Sunday brunch is a great value and very taste fajita chicken omelet. The desert choice was difficult, so each one chose a different one to share. Let's not forget the mimosa that's included. A highlight of our weekend.
