    First of all the bar has a wonderful view of the city and all glass makes you feel like you are part of the scene. Every staff member talked to us as if we were old friends. The signature cocktails were exceptiional with fresh fruit and in our case, cucumber. We were seated upstairs with a view of the kitchen and noted the staff was cordial and professional to each other and the guests also. the menu is beyond description and our selections tastefully presented and better with each bite. couldn't have had a better experience.

    We had a delicious experience at The Ritual House for our Sunday Brunch. Our waitress was very friendly and helped us to choose what we all wanted for brunch. Will definitely go back when we visit Pittsburgh in the future! Highly recommend!!

    This was my first time here for dinner service. The food was very good and our server was excellent but I feel like they market it as classy high end... it is not that. I would say its expensive trendy. The ambiance is 10/10 for brunch but kind of dingy and somehow loud and depressing feeling at night. You are met with the most apathetic host staff possible and seated in loud dingy corner... Again the server and food = awesome but we would not go back for dinner. (I have been before for brunch and I very highly recommend that)

    Food and service were excellent, Natalie was very friendly and helpful. The wine list had a lot of interesting and reasonable choices. Our Chilean Sea Bass and Short Ribs were delicious and presented very well. This was our first visit to Ritual House, but we will definitely be back!

    We are always looking for a new dining experience in downtown Pittsburgh. This was our first time at Ritual House and we were not disappointed. Very innovative dishes! Great apps! Amazing crafted cocktails. Extensive menu. Great service (Thanks, Drew!).

    All of the food was off, steak was dry, scallops had a bad smell. We had a person come in the restaurant and stand at our table asking for money (wouldnt accept food) and the staff did nothing about it. The person went to several tables. Total fail by management.
