Slow service, we were there for 2 hours and had 2 courses. Food wasn't as hot as it could of been. However, the Sunday roast was good and the pub has been refurbished to a high spec, I would visit again.

Delightful lunch on a sunny afternoon in the garde, and I imagine it is atmospheric by the stream in the evening - shame I don't live nearer!

Another positive experience here. Our server was lovely; very polite and extremely helpful. Food was delicious and portion sizes were perfect.

Food in general was nice. Except the crab starter. That was like a pot of lard. Yuk. Chips were also cold and the main course we had veg on the side but that came late so had practically finished the main course by time I got the veg.

What a lovely find. The exterior gives no clue to the beautiful decor and ambience within. The garden area is am absolute delight. Service and food were both terrific

First time visit, and will definitely be returning. The quality of the food was excellent, beautifully cooked and presented. The Balanese Curry on the specials was an absolute stand-out, but all the food we had was of high quality. Service was friendly and prompt and the new dining area was spacious and attractive. The outdoor area looked great too, and the pub retains some traditional nooks and crannies with comfortable sofas where you can eat too. Overall, loads to enjoy!
