The new look Riverside Restaurant & Bar is located on the ground floor of Hilton Belfast in the heart of Belfast. Every day in Riverside begins with the famous Hilton Buffet Breakfast offering a wide range of international and local breakfast favourites. Enjoy the sumptuous breakfast with panoramic views over the River Lagan from our floor to ceiling windows.
The Dinner service offers the best of local cuisine. We pride ourselves on seasonal changing menus celebrating the very best in local ingredients.

The Belfast Waterfront Hall is right next door making this venue ideal for Pre Theatre dining before attending a show. Pre-Theatre dining is available on show nights.
Groups are welcome with large tables of up to 20 diners. Semi private sections for up to 40 diners available upon request.
The Restaurant is available for private hire every lunch and dinner time for parties of 70 to 150. Contact events.belfast@hilton

Very, very disappointing evening out. We arrived to a half-hearted acknowledgment, but were then pleasantly shown to our table. The friendly server who took our order was the only member of the restaurant staff with any semblance of hospitality. We had a Groupon voucher for 2-courses (pre-theatre menu) and a glass of wine each. After ordering we asked if we could exchange the two glasses of wine for a bottle and pay the difference. We were told that the manager point-blankly refused. Could he not do the simple sum? Bottle (£28) - 2 glasses @£8.50 = £11 No wonder he ignored us all evening. Food was mediocre. My prawn cocktail was good, my husband was dismayed by the tiny teaspoonful of goats cheese. For mains we both had the burger. The burger itself was passable, the chips were good, but a mound of raw onion? Yuk! We will certainly not be hurrying back.

We had a good time at the restaurant, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was ok , only a little bit disappointed with my lemon cheesecake but definitely I will come back.

Food was ok, no complaints from our group on that. However service was very slow considering there wasn’t that many in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel, accommodating and friendly staff,very tasty food and good portions. We had a Groupion offer and it was excellent.

Service very slow we waited 45 mins for our bread starter. I had to ask for it otherwise it may have been longer. We had a show to go to and had to eat our food very quickly to make it on time. Food was good and would have loved to have taken our time eating it. Restaurant is nice and tables nicely placed so it doesn't feel crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful

We used a Groupon and it was great value, the food was lovely but the staff fabulous - I'm only sorry I didn't take note of their names 🫣

Absolutely fantastic night the food was amazing and the service and low key music in the background was brilliant. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking to do it ASAP A big thankyou to everyone involved in making our night great.A*******

Really nice restaurant, nice decor, nice and quiet, staff attentive. We asked for a baby seat and they had it ready for us arriving. Food was perfect and timed well between courses, as soon as we finished starter main arrived 2 minutes later, draft beer was nice.
