    The staff knew we were going to a show and did everything in their power to get us out in time for it. We even had time for dessert.

    All in all, decent food, service was good and it’s a nice place. My only issue was with the prime rib hash, it was filled with brussel sprouts. The menu says it includes veggies, but it would have been nice to know that brussels sprouts are a main vegetable in the dish. Otherwise the hash was good.

    Atmosphere and food were good. We arrived 6 minutes early and were told that a server wouldn’t greet us until the time of our reservation. She greeted us 40 minutes later after I asked if there was an assigned server for I our table. When she arrived there was no explanation.

    We went on a Saturday night - the restaurant was not that busy, but it took our entrees over an hour to arrive. We were told multiple times that the food was on it's way or that there was a mishap and another table got our entrees. When the food finally did arrive, one of the two dishes was wrong. On top of that, we were charged twice for one entree and charged incorrectly for another entree. Disappointing because the food was fairly good and the atmosphere was nice.

    My experience at Roanoke was lovely. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Our server was great as well. The only thing I wished was that it had a couple more entree options. Overall, it was a nice place.
