Service wasn't good, the waiters pounced before I had even taken my coat off asking what drinks i wanted, then when I said I needed a few minutes they were over again in seconds. Food was horrible, extremely salty puled ham hock in the eggs Benedict and the eggs were so sour from far too much vinegar in the water. Both of my other two clients had the same issue with their eggs. £4.50 for a tea bag which isn't even loose leaf or a teapig is insane. It was just a regular dusty tea bag. Insanely overpriced, little to no care about customer satisfaction. Just keen to make customers pay top dollar and get them out as quickly as possible. The manager took the meals off the bill which i appreciated but there was no way I was paying for such an awful and frankly embarrassing choice of restaurant for a client breakfast. Would never return again.

Superb food, great venue and ambience, service competent but lacking in any kind of enthusiasm.

Beautifully decorated. Beautiful first 'turkey dinner' of the season. Exceptional meat and oysters. Great priced Primitivo. Great Sidecar cocktail. We had a lovely time and will be back!

The food was outstanding. I have no complaints there whatsoever. I feel they become a little bit greedy and have shoehorned too many people into that space. We had to knock into people, pushing through the back of their chairs to go to the toilet. The staff worked hard but found it difficult to cover everyone, after receiving the bill. It took me over between 5-10 minutes to pay it, and in the end I got up and went to a serving station and stood there until someone process my payment.

Roast beef was superb - turkey could have been slightly warmer but overall a great experience and service was fantastic - we will be back! Festive Snowy Tree cocktail was also awesome - thank you!

Most fantastic food and service. I could not fault this. Unfortunately on this occasion a very large noisy group spoilt the buzzy but relaxed atmosphere. I would suggest when a large group have booked to dine they should be sat out of the way a little bit if possible.

I booked this on recommendation for my husbands birthday. We arrived got told to wait in a hallway for 20 mins… finally got a table and ordered. Oysters gritty bitty and not great. I’ve had better at the beach. Main was ok we had to ask for our sides 3 times. They got dumped on the table. The place was over booked and crowded. Deserts got dumped on the table., we ordered coffees only got 3 when we asked for 4. Then had to wait over 40 mins once’s asked for the bill. Service charge was taken off and for £400 I would expect better service and courtesy would not go back and would not recommend
