It was pretty empty when we went. The views are beautiful however, the service was not great and the food was mediocre. Our server forgot my soda and 1 whiskey it took 25 minutes (again the restaurant was NOT busy) the food was not terrible BUT there are WAY better places to eat in NYC especially for the bill!

Robert, The service was White Glove perfection. Attentive, Helpful, Kind. The Robert staff seated us by a coveted Window. The timing was impeccable. New York City is magical at Christmas. The staff at Robert, from reception through to leaving down the elevator provided a 5 Star positively memorable evening. The view stunning. Recommendations for drinks, diner, dessert and after dinner libations were given with confidence and ease. The servers anticipated our needs inclusive of a photo shoot of our Robert experience. Thank you.

The hostess greeted me graciously and took my coat -we got the table I requested the waiter was great - helpful and polite,friendly and professional. Food was outstanding and the prices- great value for great food

Robert always delivers. I bought friends from out of town for a holiday in MYC brunch and they were so impressed. The desserts n ver disappoint with beautiful plating and edible flowers. The service is always great with very attentive staff.

Return here for brunch in every NYC visit. Beautiful restaurant & view out over Central Park. Food presentation is amazing.

We had a wonderful dining experience. Our waiter was fabulous and very helpful with recommendations. The rest of the staff was professional and courtesy. The food portions were totally to our liking and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

The ambiance of the restaurant is great. The views are spectacular, especially if you’re lucky enough to get a window table. However the service was not very good. We sat and waited almost 20 minutes before a server came over to us to finally attend to us. Then we tried multiple times to get his attention for more drinks; the drinks took forever to arrive. Food was very good, drinks were okay, the dessert (apple tart) was divine. Would still recommend and hope for a better server.
