This Ramadan, Roberto’s presents Chef’s Delight: Ramadan Edition, a specially curated iftar experience, blending contemporary Italian cuisine with Middle Eastern influences. Available from sunset to 9 PM throughout the holy month, the menu is designed for those seeking exquisite flavours in an elegant setting, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and group iftars. The experience begins with traditional dates and mixed nuts, followed by a nourishing Zuppa Harira, setting the stage with warm, wholesome flavours. Guests can then indulge in Truffle Hummus with toasted Piedmont hazelnuts and Stuffed Zucchini Flowers with goat cheese and za’atar, offering a seamless fusion of Mediterranean and Arabic flavours. Following the starters, diners can savour a rich Saffron Risotto with slow-cooked lamb ragù, followed by mains. Guests will have a choice of Seared Seabass Fillet on Mediterranean couscous, or Honey-Glazed Lamb Shoulder with saffron bean purée, each dish crafted with depth and finesse. To end on a sweet note, a Pistachio Tiramisu is served alongside a selection of homemade Italian and Arabic desserts, ensuring a delightful conclusion to the iftar experience.

It was an excellent location with great food and service. The nite sky and the impressive sights of the Burj Kalifa was particularly stunning. The scenery and open air veranda were as an awesome sight. The pasta dishes were tasty and flavored to perfection!

The location is nice, service was ok, I ordered a steak medium and get it almost well done, they ask me if I want to change, but then I had to wait 20 minutes, normally they don’t have to ask, they have to bring a new one. But the dessert was very good.

The extra 7% + another extra 10% + the typical extra expensive and unjustified still water. People that we work in the sector know where is the benefit, but this kind of details (as filling the glass every 3 minutes) makes at the end that the experience is not round.

Spent $500 and was almost placed at the worst table next to the smoking section. Making a reservation did not allow us to specify that choice.

Even though there were still quite a few tables available (“reserved” for guests that never came) we were placed at a table next to the door directly below the ac. Several requests to change the table or at least turn of the ac were just ignored
