Impeccable service, great ambiance and food was spectacular! My wife said it was the best filet mignon that she's ever eaten!

Went for a late Valentine‘s day lunch and had a wonderful meal. My husband was so impressed with his meal, he’s only been there for dinner so he didn’t know how much he’d enjoy his sandwich special.Kudos to Rocco’s for making our Valentine day lunch special.

I think I have moved Rocco's into a top 5 restaurant for me. The Steaks are 100% legit here, I normally get the strip and that is amazing. Got the ribeye as I saw it was the same price as the strip, which I found slightly odd as the ribeye is a better flavorful cut. The steak was cooked perfect, the crust on the steak was perfect. Prices have gone up a bit over the past 12-18 months but the steak is comparable to any legit steakhouse in the city if not better. Oysters to start were great. We will be back for sure!

We have eaten at Rocco’s twice over the span of four years. On the first occasion for our anniversary, a server dropped wine glasses next to our table, the glass got in our food and our drinks and we couldn’t eat or drink them. We notified the server, she said she would bring us new drinks and she did but she charged us for those additional drinks. She did not replace our food. A manager did not visit our table to speak with us about it and our bill was not comped in any way. Tonight, we went again for dinner. The server, Bill, was asked by my mom if our appetizers could be spaced out. Bill appeared annoyed by the request and said “I guess I can try.” He was able to space out the appetizers. At the end of the meal, the ceiling began to leak onto my husband rapidly. My husband got up and notified a food runner and Bill. Bill said “I will let my manager know” and began to walk away but then came back and said “Let me run your check for you.” We thought this implied the manager would come to the table to assess the situation and speak to us and we anticipated some comp on the bill considering the ceiling water got into our coffee and our dessert. Bill charged us for the full meal and the manager never came over to address the issue. We will not be returning to Rocco’s. Both instances we felt ignored and dismissed by the staff.

Our steak and salmon was cooked perfectly. Great flavor and presentation. Jesse was attentive and professional. Very good experience. We will be back again

Not a good experience. Part of a Christmas gift and was terribly disappointed. Took 80 minutes to deliver 1 steak and 1 salad to us. Steak was good but a steak and mashed potatoes was hardly worth $79. By the time our food was delivered we had 5 minutes to consume as we had concert tickets at 8. (Our reservation was at 6:15) It was so noisy you couldn’t converse. We were stuffed into a small table and people were constantly walking by to service all the tables. It was mobbed. My question is “why?”.
