   Service was not good but the manager was fantastic and very helpful. When we had an issue with service he corrected it immediately. Kudos to him

   Our meal was excellent! Tableside guacamole was delicious. Pitcher margaritas were great too! Lots to look at and had a great vibe.

   We have dined at this Rocco’s many times, but this was our first time for dinner during this season. I ordered my usual Dorado, which is a grilled burrito, and it was noticeably smaller in size and had minimal pieces of steak inside. The filling was mostly rice and beans. My party also had chicken tacos, which were more plentiful in filling but quite dry and chewy. We are hoping it was just an off night given the holiday crowd (Presidents’ Day) and are willing to give it another chance in the near future in hopes of the dishes being prepared to better quality and portions.

   We were a group of 12 who broke up their reservations into three groups of four in order to all get in. I arrived early and told the hostess that we had several small children with us, and if it was possible for us to be seated together. She made that happen for us and we were extremely grateful. My son said the chicken tacos were life-changing and my daughter loved her steak tacos. That’s a huge WIN for us eating out!!! A huge thank you to the staff for going above and beyond!

   The food was good but the server was horrible , she was sloppy not attentive, I didn’t even finish placing my son’s dinner and she walked away i had to call her back , she kept forgetting our drinks she would come to the table and walk away immediately, didn’t understand her behavior unless she was drunk , it was so weird

   The whole experience was terrible. Had a reservation and had to wait. Didnt get service for 20 minutes and had to ask hostess for a server. Tacos were extremely dry. Manager tried to help but still wouldn’t go back.

    Don’t go on Taco Tuesday. Margaritas were weak, guacamole had way too much lime, service was okay but kitchen was obviously overwhelmed. I’ve been here before and it was much better. I’m blaming the discounted margaritas and tacos for tonight’s bad experience.
