   Were seated inside and waited 20 minutes before our server-Taylor- came by. No one brought us water, chips or anything. Taylor took our drink order and we quickly ordered table side guac. Guac guy came Instantly and was done in a few. We had our guac, but no chips, no veggies and no drinks. We waited patiently again as finally chips came. Drinks were brought over by Taylor but not water as asked for also. When Taylor finally came back I asked where the veggies were and she got snippy saying she was very busy and would get to it. In Taylor’s defense the management here was awful, no systems in place for tables to get services by anyone but the server except for a food runner. Our meals came out and only 3 arrived. We waited patiently again for the last meal but gave up 5 minutes later as all our food was getting cold. Taylor again was nowhere to be found. The habanero hot sauce we asked for never arrived, this entire experience was a mess. Management was looking busy but not doing much, never approached the table to apologize, other tables complaining also and it wasn’t even busy here. No systems in place, no Teamwork being displayed, We will not come back here again. Very upsetting night that should have been a fun night out. Couldn’t even get a second round Of drinks if not asked.

   Rain. I ordered a wet burrito and no fault to them we had to sit outside and I was wet in addition to my burrito. Always a solid spot just got unlucky with the weather and tough to fit in 5 people indoors during a hurricane.

   We have been here twice. First time was lunch and it was outside on a beautiful day. It was lovely and the taco salad was great. Tonight we went again and sat inside as it was cool outside. Sadly, it was freezing inside. The table prepared guacamole was outstanding as were house made chips. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the decor.

   Rocco's always consistent. Management always coming around and asking how everything is. That's so important and keeps the level of food and service consistant.
