   We both got burgers and they were amazing!! We both got the bbq burger with fries and onion rings and I would definitely get it again!! So delicious!

   Hmm....hard to say if I can recommend this place to a friend or friends. It has its good and bad at the same time. I like it that they are dog friendly even at the outdoor area. I have yet to see an unruly dog anyway. The food is very ordinary. Our server is good, not intrusive and very polite, friendly and sometimes funny. He makes sure we are OK...this is where it stops. The food is mehhhh, low class and very ordinary. Not going back.

   Great food and decorated with rock band posters . Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of Kiss owns these chain of restaurants.

   I’m not sure that we will be back to dine. We had horrible service from our waitress. She was unprofessional and acted like we were a bother to her. I’m not sure if she hates her job or if she didn’t like our dog, very unfriendly. I almost did not leave a tip, I would have tipped double of what I did if the service was great. Very disappointed.

   Our waiter seemed to going through drug withdrawals and was very shaky and frantic. Talked incredibly fast and was not very attentive. I ordered a burger and asked for medium-well, it came out medium-rare. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks, when there was only 15 people in the restaurant. Our waiter said he had to leave halfway through our meal and we saw him talking to other coworkers for an hour. The decor and music was great, and if the service and food was better I would go back time and time again. However, it was not good at all. I will not return and not be recommending this establishment to anyone.

   Service was great! Food was great! It’s always loud but we know that coming in. This time we had trouble getting seated with a reservation. And the hostess was showing a lot of frustration when people approached her. She told one customer that she had to spread out seating people because the kitchen was backed up. It was Father’s Day, so maybe it was busier than they expected. Seems like an easy fix for the next holiday. It won’t stop us from going back.

   Pizza was ordered without onions. The server turned in the order incorrectly. Staff picked off surface onions in the kitchen instead of remaking pizza. Other food was very good.

    Decided to hit Rock & Brews for Mother's Day...MY CHOICE! Food was great our server okay. Maybe new server, we will be back!
