   It was some time since we had visited, although once quite regular. I was surprised at the price of the pastas with no entree size available. Given we had elderly diners who usually only want smaller portions, this was disappointing and I doubt we will be returning soon.

   First time at Rococo as a couple dining. The prosuttio, ricotta and pear pizza on the tomato base was superb. As good a pizza as I’ve had. Nice drinks & atmosphere, good, friendly service. In our case with a nearby show we were able to get very comfortably in and out in an hour with no stress, easy peazy! The menu is extensive.

   Lovely food and the service was good, however the restaurant was too loud with so many people that I struggled to hear any conversation at all, including the waitress taking orders. Have been here before, Im more likely to come again for lunch rather than night times. The gentleman behind the cash register made a mistake and charged us for chips when they were meant to be free. When we informed him of this he apologised profusely. I have no complaints with the staff, they were very polite.

   The food and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very good but I’m expecting a restaurant of that quality charging customers $30+ per main meal to follow through on excellent customer service, meaning I don’t want to sit with a dirty dinner plate in front of me for over an hour close to two and not a single staff member/or one of the two managers there not being able to do a single thing, or when I order a second drink I’ll actually expect to receive it, and no follow up actions are done until the very end. The general large size of the restaurant I estimate they had 1 staff member or two helping to manage each section, but it’s more so to do with attention to detail, and not so focused on being slow, customers there deserve great quality service, they have potential is the general sum up. Strangely enough when I went up to pay the manager brought up the missing drink before I had a chance to mention it which was weird, no he didn’t charge us for it but it tells me he knew about the mistake but still didn’t act. We chose the restaurant due to a special occasion, was disappointed the night didn’t live up to our expectations.

   Great staff!!! Always friendly and helpful. The food is consistently very good although very expensive compared to other Italian restaurants. $20.50 for a mixed drink is outrageous so we’d never buy wouldn’t do that again! I love that the vegan menu has a lot of options while there’s an extensive menu for others. We always enjoy the food and have been a few times. It’s very loud inside so we’d probably chose outside for next time. It would be great if staff wore name badges. We had a fantastic waitress but forgot to ask her name. This is a special occasion restaurant for us due to the price but we always enjoy the food.

    Very nice food, some might be a bit pricey but at the food is good. I had a pizza and it a great size for two or take half home if it's only you.
