First…let’s establish, the server Bri was on point, and this review is not a reflection of her efforts. This review is however, a reflection of the overall experience and the manager response. We arrived in time and was seated in the outside portion of the restaurant, which was cold. We asked to be reseated and there was no availability (understandably it was a Saturday). Then ensued a multitude of requests to have the heater adjusted to allow for comfort. The table was missing cutlery, needed to be wiped and a cocktail was delivered in an obviously stained glass. I asked to speak with the manager, he was told, and walked away. He then came in the direction twice and never approached the table. Finally, I asked again, and the more senior manager Rich came over and handled the concerns, after making an excuse for the other manager. Bottom line for $600 meal, I expect better. No immediate plans to return.

The service and the food was fantastic. We got a couple different sushi rolls and hit dishes and everything tasted excellent. Everyone working there was so polite and helpful. This is definitely a great place to check out

The prime ribeye steak was absolutely phenomenal. We also had three sushi rolls, which were amazing. The ginger cake with ginger cream cheese frosting was absolutely to die for.

Never disappointed and we go often! Even recommend first timers going for lunch to try their wonderful cost friendly selection of lunch sets. You can't go wrong with any one of the choices and will leave full and satisfied!
