Went with a friend for dinner, had been there in the past and the food was good. We ordered the calamari appetizer it was ok the marinara sauce that came with it was delicious. The dinner salad was good, nothing special. My entree of veal parmigiana and spaghetti arrived at the table cold. I asked the waitress to please have it placed under the broiler to heat it up. It came back a few minutes later with some warm tomato sauce that tasted like it came directly out of a jar dumped on top of it. It was still cold and drenched in the sauce. The hostess came over and asked what the problem was. When I told her my dinner was cold and that I didn't want it she stuck her finger into the chicken and said it was not cold. I was speechless that someone who worked in a restaurant would actually do that. They asked me if I wanted something else or dessert I declined both. They took it off the bill. There are a plethora of good Italian restaurants in Naples that serve good food.

Excellent food and service once again for our party of 7. The out door dining is excellent. Roma is one of our Naples 5th Avenue go to spots.

This place is a GEM, so excited that they are expanding! The food, the staff are always a delight. The pizza is soooo good. We have been several time and will continue to eat here.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love everything about Roma! It starts with Edmund and Lydia as the proprietors who are always warm and welcoming. They have a talent for attracting excellent service staff resulting in a consistently enjoyable dining experience. We would be remiss to not mention Emily by name as we look forward to anytime she is working with us. The hostess is also very cordial and kind as are the rest of the staff. This year we have enjoyed the Chicken Florentine, Chicken Parmesan and their excellent pizza. Osso Buco, Bolognese and Branzino are next on our list!

According to Open Table, nothing was available inside at 7pm. Far from the truth. Very accommodating and great GF pasta. The Veal Picatta was quite flavorful. Voices resonated around me with no carpet. Great meal!

Our favorite Naples Italian restaurant with best pizza. Service is excellent, Sondra is outstanding server.

Staff were excellent the food was great. There were four of us who ordered different meals and everyone was very happy with the food. Location is great and we were able to eat outside

It is a great place on 5th Avenue with great energy and yummy food. The pizza was absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful waitress who was extremely knowledgeable of the food and menu. It’s great because there are so many fancy restaurants on 5th Avenue where this was more casual restaurant with good food.
