The place was packed. But the bread was fresh, the service was good, and the food was great! Overall, we were pleased with our dining experience.

Sat near the open kitchen in the bar area. It was a lot of fun watching the food being prepared! Server/bartender/manager was terrific!

Poorly managed restaurant. Long wait to be seated while tables were available, but not bussed. Poor use of resources as over-worked hostess was also trying to bus tables.

Service was very poor. Waited 30 minutes seated to get a drink. Waiter had a bad attitude. First and last time here!! Never even got to order my food. My girl and I left and will never go back. My girl had been to a Romano's before and she said that they were nothing like the Canton michigan location. This restaurant made my Valentine's day tough. We went to the Outback steakhouse on Ann Arbor Saline on short notice and got excellent service.

Unfortunately our experience was less than stellar. We had reservations for 7:00 which we arrived at 6:50 to a line that quickly extended out the door behind us. Granted it was Valentine's Day but the restaurant was clearly overwhelmed. They had bombarded our email with a holiday special for weeks beforehand which we decided to try and used their link to make the reservation. We waited in line until 7:40 without one single employee host/hostess or otherwise even coming to the podium to seat anyone or make apologies or an announcement or anything. We left without even being able to talk to a single staff person. In my opinion do not offer specials and reservations if you do not have the ability to accommodate.

It was disappointing. The host was trying to manage people checking in as well as bus tables. It looked like they were completely understaffed for a holiday. Our reservation really meant nothing. We waited in line as if it was first come first serve. We didn't get served our salads at all. While the food tasted fine it was cold. There was a lot of frustration from all customers. Our server was apologetic all night long. We did get a complimentary dessert.

Didn’t even get seated because they were so backed up! Customers said they were waiting 1 1/2 hours for their food once they waited an hour to be seated! Thank you for absolutely ruining Valentines Day! Will NOT be going here again!

Very busy but we had reservation. Seated fairly quickly. Food arrived quickly. Restrooms dirty however

Horrible experience. Took over an hour after ordering our food to get to the table. The food was cold, our waitress was never in sight. I asked to speak to the manager who offered no solution...I at that point said it would be nice if you could compensate us in reference to our bill....he removed the only drink ordered...1 glass of wine. Horrible!!!. I will never return and will tell anyone I know not to go there
