    Table for 7. Pretty empty inside and we had one server that couldn’t carry more than one glass of water at a time. When we finally got water, it took forever to get our bread, wine and drinks for the kids. We couldn’t hear the server because he was whispering and mumbling. My food came out cold and my wife’s was tasteless. The salmon was pretty good luckily for 2 of us. I’m shocked this place is still open and I’ll never go back there again. Years ago I went and it was a completely different place.

    Friendly personalized customer service. They had exceptional food and we were not rushed. Had a wonderful dinner and visit with my good friend

    The service was very good, our waiter was attentive and friendly. The food was good and the house wine surprisingly good.

    Although seated very fast (in the bar) despite having reservations, the waitress was pulled off to other tables in the main dining room. It wasn't crowded, tables were available in the main dining room, but it was just two of us so we said ok. It doesn't even appear that she checked me in so I didn't get the points! We ordered the extra unlimited soup/salad with our entrees. The soup, lobster bisque, was very good and delivered hot. Then she disappeared for another 20 mins, took out bowls and when I said we wanted salads too, she just looked puzzled. We got our entrees, they were "ok". Chicken scallopini was rubbery. We were finished with entrees (leftovers for home). Still no salads. Waitress returned (25 mins?) said the chef was getting them out in seconds! Another waitress who had been hustling in the bar area brought our salads about 10 minutes later. We asked her for the "to go" boxes, packed up leftovers. She was super fast. I had two $50 macaroni grill gift cards. The first waitress took them and then brought back the check. One was used, and the other that had several restaurants, including macaroni grill, would not go through. The waitress said it won't work there and said to use it at Chilis!! So we forked out another $25 dollars for sub-par service and mediocre food. Needless to say it was a small tip, but highly disappointed.

    Went for Father's Day dinner. My Dad loves the Lasagna and I had a very good Chicken Parmesan. Service was pretty good considering how busy it got as time went on. We had a 5PM reservation, so we were earlier. Only thing we missed was the parmesan cheese server. But it was still good!

    Hadn’t been to Macaroni Grill in some time. With our recent visit, the food was great as was the service. The servers were friendly and took great care of us. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the noise level.

    Our server Navi was terrific and super attentive! The restaurant was flexible to change our reservation a half hour later. The food was delicious and we had a great time celebrating a birthday.

    Flood cold and vastly overpriced. Pla he was in a box for hours. dried out. server didn't bring setups. no return trip for anything. $75 bucks for yuk.

    Had not been here for many years, went to celebrate a birthday with group of 12. Food was good, service was great.

    We arrived a bit before 6 pm on a Tuesday. We had our choice of booths at that hour. Gabby was our server. She was cheerful and attentive. She definitely added to our enjoyable meal. Our meals were actually pretty good and, for these days, reasonably priced. I’d definitely return.
