Ronin features elgant farm cuisine with a constantly evolving menu. Set in the beautiful, newly-renovated historic Ice House on Main in downtown Bryan, our restaurant shares an open-air kitchen with our dining room, floor to ceiling exposed brick, and hand-built, suspension tables made from wood salvaged during renovation.

Our menu is updated daily, based on what we have harvested from our garden during that given week. Our farm is located just seven miles from our restaurant. The climate and changing seasons play a major role in what we serve. It is our intention to always provide a variety of menu options and to accommodate any dietary needs.

Service was subpar - waited 30 minutes to get out drinks even after asking 2 different servers. Main server didn’t introduce herself. Charcuterie board was delivered with no explayo the meats and cheeses, food delivery was very slow

Everything was great! From the service to food, my family and I had a wonderful time. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. My mother is diabetic and he went out of his way to find a cocktail that would suit her dietary restrictions. The farmhouse bread and butter was our favorite appetizer. Our only complaint is that we wished they could have served a whole loaf. Lol. It is pricey. But the quality/service is outstanding. Definitely would go back.

Always enjoy the good. They have some of the best food and cocktails in town. Everything is homemade and fresh.

Food and drinks were excellent! The only negative is the tables in the back room are a little too close together, difficult to get in and out of the booth without feeling like I was crowding the other patrons. Our server was so nice and sweet. We will definitely be returning!

Went in for a dinner with a friend and had the best experience! We got to sit at the bar which was not only gorgeous to look at but also had an impressive whiskey collection. The carnitas were phenomenal and had fresh made tortillas while my drink (the matador) was fruity and refreshing! The entire space was beautiful and the vibes were cozy and welcoming. I can’t wait to return again!
