The Roof Top Bar at Hotel LBI offers breathtaking views of Long Beach Island. Watch the sunset on our top deck and relax in one of our cozy outdoor lounges. Take advantage of our full service bar and enjoy a bite off a select menu offering raw bar options and our pizza selections. Games such as corn hole, connect four and a ping pong table are spread out on the Roof Top.
Table reservations are available and walk-ins are welcomed until we reach capacity.
*When booking your reservation, please keep in mind we are weather permitted!
*Reservations are encouraged by booking on OpenTable.com or by calling after 3:00pm at 609-991-8001.
*Please keep in mind our phone lines are often busy during dinner service.
*Check-in will be located at our Salt Kitchen host stand on our first floor. Once on The Rooftop, you will be escorted to your table by a host.

This may be a first for a restaurant review. My Party showed up for dinner reservations, and the restaurant was a no-show. It had rained earlier in the day, but was clear skies at the time of our reservations. We went to the rooftop and nobody was there. No one could explain anything other than to say well it rained earlier. I understand that but a phone call or a text message or notification from OpenTable would have been nice to let me know. Totally ruined our evening.

The rooftop was FANTASTIC! Drinks were great and the Nonna pizza was delicious!

Service and drinks are both excellent. We ordered cheese ($24) and charcuterie ($28) platters for six people. While the quality was good, the quantity and how it was served was very disappointing. They threaten $1000 fines for cups going over the railings, but they bring out paper plates, disposable napkins and cutlery, and the platters were in plastic to-go containers. We love this hotel, rooftop and Salt restaurant, but they do better for customers and the environment if they served the food on regular plates and metal utensils. The floor of the roof is soft so nothing would break, but more importantly it won’t blow around and makes for a much better dining experience. All they need to do is figure out the logistics to move clean/dirty dishes up and down the service elevator. We will be back, but probably not buying any food on the rooftop again.

The drinks were fine, but in short plastic disposable glasses. The view is partially blocked by the 48” high walls, designed to keep guests from falling over. Otherwise a nice vibe for adults and families with kids. We will return!

Overall, the view and ambience was super nice. However, understand they were short staffed but it took 25 mins to get a drink. Once we did, we were immediately given the bill without asking which was off putting as we would’ve ordered more drinks. We were continuously asked if we were set with the bill even though we were still drinking. Seemed like they wanted us to leave. Not a great experience.

Laura our service was wonderful! Between her and the food it was a 10 out of 10. O and the blueberry martini was amazing!

Drinks were overpriced, small, and very watered down. Service was also somewhat slow, despite the place being practically empty. The view was nice, but does not at all justify the cost / poor experience. We left after one drink and made better ones more cheaply at home.

We had a wonderful experience for our happy hour adventure to hotel LBI rooftop. The service was exceptional, the ambiance was great, and the food and drinks were delicious! Though the HH menu is not very extensive, what they did offer was all very good! the pizzas were very tastey and the seafood tower was INSANE. so much fresh seafood came in the tower!!! It was a little more expensive than I had hoped, but the value was definitely there with the variety and abundance of seafood we had. It was worth it, everyone raved about it.
