The rooftop restaurant was closed for the winter. So the reservation made on the OpenTable app was pointless and not even a real reservation

The waiter and the other person refused to turn on the table heat reason being that it’s not working, also refused to change our table, and told us the table next to use also did not have a functioning fire. The next group of people that were seated on the table, he turned the heat (fire) on for them. So basically lied to us. When we confronted them they made excuses. Extremely horrible will not visit, the person serving us, I believe his name was Juan

It was a great and fun experience. The view from the rooftop was amazing.. Totally worth it.

Really nice view, but when it rains there’s no back up space. Food and beverage menus were pretty bland.

We had a great time here! Beautiful rooftop with great views! Amazing ambiance with easy listening music that was so good I asked for their playlist (but they didn’t know). Had the martini dry and another Martini (can’t remember the name but it was good). Had pulled pork nachos with jalapeños and the shrimp pizza which was soooo good! The servers were ok, would have been nice to just have one server but several servers came around which was a bit confusing! The ledge was also closed for maintenance which is weird given they just opened. But all in all great date night, I’d recommend!

Great view on a great day. Great for pictures and drinks. I can only imagine this place in the summer.

This was our first time here at RIU. The views are amazing! We’re gonna have to go back, as the kitchen was closed at 9:30pm. :/ The Sweet and Sour Amoretto I was served, though?? -delightful!
