    Great food but poor service. Two hours after arriving we we offered a dessert menu but it never came so we paid and left.

    James was very attentive and we were very pleased with the service and the food was fabulous. There was nothing to complain about, we were left to enjoy our food but also checked on to make sure we were OK.

    The steak was delicious, a little hotter would have been good, but we were hungry. I asked if my tomatoes could be replaced with mushrooms, but alas no, so had to pay an extra £7 for mushrooms. The server was very good and was professional and courteous

    We had the valentines set menu which was absolutely delicious, the food came out very quickly, very decently priced for what we had and our server mira was amazing! 10/10 stars for his service. So happy and bubbly and made mine and my partner’s evening! Overall was an amazing evening, the saxophonist was a lovely touch as well Thankyou!

    Our Valentines Experience at the Rooftop Gardens was poor to say the least. The food was disappointing. For Starters we had the foccacia fried Oyster which only came with 1 small oyster with a square of bread for £8.50. Additionally, it came with some broken shell in the salad. We then had the pork surf and turf for main, the pork was dry and the prawns were gritty. After that we decided to forego the dessert. However, our service throughout the meal was good, as well as the ambience.
