   We came for the restaurant week lunch menu and were not disappointed. The food and service were spectacular! We’ll definitely be back for dinner.

   I wanted to enjoy my experience but a random man came inside and came up to the top floor and took my wallet out of my purse. No one stopped this man from coming up the stairs. The cops we not called. And no manager even come up to ask if we were ok after I was shaken up by the whole experience.

   Amazing cuisine, fantastic service, delicious food. Pricey and small portions but very much worth it. First time trying ROOP, and was very satisfied overall.

   I had an outstanding dinner at ROOP! It was my first time and I will absolutely be back. The food was incredible, but what stood out to me most was the fantastic service! Adam was such a kind and attentive waiter. The manager even came over to personally ask us how our dining experience was and what they could do better. I said nothing, you have gone above and beyond! Fun tip, we ordered tea and it came it a beautiful fancy tea pot! Really appreciate the care Adam and team put into making sure we enjoyed our time at ROOP :)

   Pretty space! But now I remember why I didn't come back after the first visit. While tasty, the food feels like it's trying too hard to be hip and cool. And our server kept using the royal "we" - "Have we dined here before?" "Are we enjoying our dinner?" Especially considering that she was less than half our age, this came across as silly and patronizing.

    Food was great, service was helpful, clear and concise without being overbearing. Cocktails were good. Restaurant wasn’t too loud so you could enjoy a conversation.
