I’ve never sat in the back of the second floor but tables are very close, a bit cramped actually,and it was louder than usual (I would have expected it to be quieter back there). Service was a bit less attentive than the usual stellar service ( maybe because we were tucked away and hard to get to?) Food was amazing as always.

The greeting was non existent upon arrival, service was slow and tedious. Asked for sparkling received flat. No espresso or steamed milk. Just not at all pleasant.

Rosa Mexicano was our favorite restaurant when it opened. But we were very disappointed it last night. The quality of foods were down and their service was very lousy. They stopped the back ground music even we were still eating. I felt that they were kick us out quickly as possible. We sadly decided go back there any more.

Comimos muy bien , pero nos molestó que nos apuraran para todo , estaban todo el tiempo viendo cómo hacer todo más rápido para que nos vayamos lo antes posible , entiendo que era año nuevo pero si no quieren que estés ni una hora comiendo , que no reserven al público en general. Nos gustó mucho el lugar , salvo por ese detalle.
