    I honestly loved the staff here, they were so friendly and amazing. However, I was disappointed in my meal and when I asked for red pepper flakes, the restaurant didn’t have. Now, my server, Lauren, went above and beyond and brought me everything she could, so was not her at all. But for an Italian restaurant, serving pizza nonetheless… it seemed like a missed opportunity. Also, my pasta was very dry, needed more of a sauce and definitely not worth $42. But the restaurant is extremely cute and again the staff make it.

    First time downtown Houston and decided to try Rosalie Italian Soul. The pizza was delicious as was the berry tiramisu. Our server was beyond friendly and helpful. Wish there were a few more pasta options but you can’t go wrong with the pizza. Would go back if in Houston again.

    This restaurant is very nice hidden gem. Food is amazing and drinks are even better. Bartender named Lauren was supper amazing and full of personality. Enjoyed my time and will be back.

    I had an amazing dining experience at Rosalie! The service was outstanding, thanks to our server, Jeffery, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. The food was absolutely excellent—each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. From start to finish, it was a memorable meal. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Rosalie to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

    Our experience here was amazing! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting ambiance. The Breakfast/brunch menu was a bit limiting but Daquiri’s service was outstanding she made us feel like VIPs with her fun Personality and attention to detail. The entire staff was fantastic, and the food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this spot for a great dining experience.

    This was my first time at Rosalie for brunch, and it did not disappoint. It's definitely worth the money. Food was fulfilling, amazing and plentiful. The drinks kept flowing. I never had to ask for a refill on the unlimited champagne. DJ was on point, great vibe. Can't wait to go back.
