    The service was not good. They forgot a beverage and we had to ask 3 times, they never put in one of the items we ordered and they were rushed and rude

    Rigatoni with vodka sauce was SO good! So was the chicken Parmesan! I recommend getting entrees to split with the table so everyone can try everything!

    The food was tasty. We were not assigned a waiter when we were seated, so we waited a while before anyone helped us. Finally, a waitress came over and said she would help us, as the waiter for our table was too busy? She was good, but we never heard the specials (as the table next to us did when they were seated) and seemed like she was rushed with us because we were not in her section. Tables are also very close to each other, which is not comfortable. Good option before a show at the CIBC.

    Our waitress Elsa was absolutely awesome! Top notch service always good Rosebud quality food. Portions are huge so splitting is a good idea. My chicken parm was gigantic. Like laughable big. Overall 5 stars!

    Food was mediocre. Not worth the price. The restaurant was pretty empty. Our waiter kept getting distracted and kept forgetting drinks, etc. Also, he called all of the women at the table (ranging in age from 22-82), “sweetie”. What is this, 1940? Will not return.

    It was a quiet Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Jay provided excellent service, and the food was great and piping hot. The music should be classier and not so much pop, but overall a very good experience.
