A Rare Steakhouse, Well Done.

Rosebud Steakhouse prides itself in creating a true Chicago steakhouse experience for all of its guests. We offer superior quality, dry and wet aged cuts that are locally sourced by Linz Heritage Angus Beef. Visit our original location on Chicago's Magnificent Mile, our Indiana location in Munster, and soon, our first restaurant in Texas located in Southlake, Tx.

Rosebud Steakhouse in Wheeling IS NOT part of the Rosebud Restaurant Group, consequently we do not honor Rosebud Gift Card (similar to the ones from COSTCO). We are part of the CHC RESTAURANT group, and our Gift Cards can be used at any of our restaurants, including Rosebud Steakhouse on Magnificent Mile, Rosebud Steakhouse in Centennial Village, Coppolillo's Italian Steakhouse in both Libertyville, IL and Crown Point, IN, and soon to come, Windy City Social in Munster, and Rosebud Steakhouse in Dallas, TX. It’s not a very straight forward review - 2 meals were great and 2 below average. Lamb chops - amazing, NY steak - instead of medium rare was completely rare, seabass - amazing, short ribs - had a pound of salt in it. We are not the people who complain and send food back, we just really think twice before coming back, plus the server probably was too busy - came around after we were almost done,so

Such a wonderful experience. Beautiful ambience and amazing food and service!!! Our waitress was 5 stars. Best experience for a new restaurant and very impressed. I dine out often and rarely leave reviews but this experience definitely deserved one. I can’t believe it’s Fjne dining in Wheeling :) No need to travel to the city for excellent dining

My family and I live close by and have been patiently waiting for this location to open. We came in this evening for dinner and will definitely be back! I opted for the Prime (iceberg) Wedge and Rigatoni Vodka with grilled chicken. Both were very delicious and the portion sizes were large (see attached photos). Others in my family ordered the burger and a couple of steaks which were all fantastic as well. The staff were all very attentive and kind.

Spent dinner with friends for a birthday dinner at this new restaurant. Very nice window table. Service was prompt and courteous. The hot Parmesan rolls and chocolate chip cannolis were a treat. Try the Brussels sprout side. All was good until the bill came. We were charged for another table’s entrees. When this was pointed out, a new bill was presented we were charged for drinks we did not order. This follow up placed a sour taste in our mouth.
