   Server was not present. All staff was dragging and not available. For the thanksgiving meal, Plates ran out…it was not busy. All food needed salt and pepper. Salad was wilted, vegetables were poor, food was not hot, meat was dry. Variety was not worth the very expensive price and the automatic gratuity. We have been to Rosewild 5 times and this was by far the worst and probably will prevent us from coming again. Super disappointing. We save up money for these special meals once or twice a year and paid $179 for disappointment.

   Went here for thanksgiving, I really wasn’t impressed for the price I had to pay. 1. The way it was set up really didn’t make much sense, turkey and prime rib set up with the cold items, not near the mashed potatoes, dressing etc.. They should have really thought this through a little more. Hot items with cold items and vice versa. 2. they automatically put a 20% gratuity onto your bill for the smorgasbord, which I do tip very well anyhow, but the problem is we seen our waitress 2 times in the almost 2 hours we were there. So her tip was $55 and then I went to pay and she asked me if I wanted change back. Had I not notice the gratuity charge already she would have received well over $100 tip. You always seen the other wait staff but not her. I had to ask someone else for a pop. If you do this again next year. Do better! Food

The reason for the location of the Carving Station with the Turkey and Prime Rib is that our hearth is located behind out bar, and we want to bring the meat straight from cooking on the hearth to being carved immediately for our guests. We definitely will use your feedback to help improve the experience for next year.

   Loved the Thanksgiving Buffet. The food was great with varied selection. Our waitress was outstanding. Perfect setting in downtown Fargo. Not noisy at all, even though there were a lot of people there.

   We had the salmon dip, hanger steak, and walleye. All of it was outstanding. The drinks were first rate as well

   We waited nearly 45 minutes to be served. My daughter had the tagliatelle- it was cold in spots and gloopy. I had the salmon — overcooked drenched in sauce with 3 skinny asparagus and 5 slices of potatoes. I do not recommend.

   Really bad service. Waiter ignored us for 30 minutes. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, maybe five tables were occupied and it was during brunch... Cocktails came at a reasonable time but took another 30 minutes to get our plain black coffees (dumb?). I had to keep asking for those. Out of quiche, which was weird (go buy eggs and make more?). Food was very middle of the road, not impressed: farmer salad was wet as hell, croque monsieur was very cafeteria (boring and had a sad presentation), brussel sprouts were fine but I've had them before. Second time having a bad experience at Rosewild. Not going back.
