At Rosie Cannonball, we’re serving European comfort food in a lively atmosphere. The restaurant celebrates the origins of cooking through open, live fire and is centered around a wood-burning oven and grill.

The menu draws inspiration from individual ingredients: local vegetables, pastas and pizzas, simple seafood and locally-sourced meat cooked over live fire.

Master Sommelier June Rodil curated an expansive list of delicious wines with a strong Italian, Spanish and French focus from their favorite producers new and old, along with options from progressive New World producers.

The cocktail menu has strong Italian influences, mirroring the focus of the food.

Server didn’t have menu or drink knowledge. She Forgot many items and had to be reminded multiple times. She didn’t know a salad had nuts, didn’t know what liquor was being carried, had no wine knowledge and was slow to check on us

Everything from start to finish was delightful. It was a very busy evening, and the staff worked hard to accommodate my seating request —thank you for that! Our server was well informed and efficient and very pleasant. The food was delicious; we especially enjoyed the Basque cheesecake complemented by orange marmalade and the burrata and broccolini starter. My husband loved his pasta dish too. It was a great night!

Loved the broccolini appetizer! Tried the new truffle lasagna, which was divine; however, the server advised that one portion was for 2 people. It was a bit too small for 2 adults. Service was a bit rushed. Basque queso was just ok- texture was lovely but not flavorful. Overall enjoyed it.

Always love the Cacio y Pepe pasta! Takes me back to Italy. Last two times the four cheese pizzas left something to be desired, either burnt or almost all tomato sauce and a spec of cheese, etc. Have the chef try the pizzas. They might realize they need to make some changes. Normally this is our favorite pizza in town. Service is excellent.
