   Service was wonderful, and our waiter for the evening was delightful and friendly and helped us choose some great options. Fantastic evening with family and the food was magnificent.

   Unimpressed from the start. Had to stand in line for almost 5 minutes to check in for our reservation- not because they were busy but because they were disorganized and slow. When being taken to our table, the host abruptly stopped in the middle of the walkway to talk to another server while I had to stand there waiting in the way of everyone. Then when finally sat at the table the menus were quickly thrown down and the host walked away. One menu was literally hanging half way off the table and the wine glasses were not properly set. The server dropped off waters then proceeded to ignore my existence for the next 10 minutes while waiting on my partner to find parking. I had to flag her down to order a glass of wine- again not incredibly busy, just disorganized and chaotic here. The food came out extremely quickly, barely able to have 3 sips of my wine. I was hoping for better but it was only ok, way overpriced for the quality. The short rib lacked in flavor and the noodle consistency was off, almost like too much egg was used in the dough. The worst part might have been the low quality, plastic container bought Parmesan cheese. If you're going to pride yourselves on being a nice Italian restaurant with homemade pasta you should be using fresh grated Parmesan from the block, even Olive Garden does. Our experience was not worth $100 and not worth returning for. Not to mention, the soap dispenser in the one ladies room there was not working. Meaning any female employee who used the restroom Saturday evening did not wash their hands before returning to work. No visible sanitizing stations either.

   Food was great, but service was slow—45 minutes from the time we sat down until we were served our appetizer. We thought we had allowed plenty of time for dinner before an event, but ended up feeling rushed.

   Best Italian restaurant in Arizona! We had the linguine carettiera and gnocchi burrata then split the NY strip tagliata. Pasta dishes were fresh, vibrant and very delicious. We couldn't decide which one we loved more but my vote was for the gnocchi. Strip was cooked to perfection and once you pour the herb butter over it, it becomes magical. Great wine selection and craft cocktails. The staff is on point! We will be coming back again....and again....and again.

   Disappointing. Inexplicably loud night club style music (asked for it to be turned down, to no avail). Food was mediocre. My pasta was undercooked and none of the main dishes on the menu appealed to either of us. No bread was served and we had to request water refills. This was a one time visit for us, we won’t be back, which is unfortunate given the convenient location for downtown events.

   The food was absolutely delicious. Our excellent waiter, Matteo, gave us suggestions for entrees and drinks and we were glad we took his advice. Would definitely go there again.
