Horrible restaurant, no hostess to seat anyone, no waiters, bartender didn’t even acknowledge me. Waited 30 minutes and left, since the hostess was MIA and I didn’t know if I could seat myself. Will never return.

The place is cute. We were greeted warmly . The staff was very accommodating for our seat choice and table arrangements. It went down from here! It took the waitress about 10-15 minutes to ask about beverages and then it took another 10-15 minutes to get the water and then it was wrong- one water no ice no lemon. I received water with ice- when I asked a second time for water no ice- I received water with EXTRA ice! It took another 30-40 minutes to get the one appetizer we ordered- guacamole. We ordered our main course at the same time. Each person received their meal 20-30 minutes apart. We did not eat together although that was our plan. I ordered the grilled shrimp and garlic cheese pasta/ it never came. Everyone at the table finished their meals and I was still waiting. At this point I called the waitress over who asked us if everything was good- what? no! Everything is not good where’s my food. I should say at this point that the manager who introduced herself to a table of older people as hi I’m Ms. Judy the manager. We told her at that point that we didn’t have any of our entrees- she said I’ll go right back and get it.we saw her next 10 minutes later when She passed by us on her way out the door with her cars keys stating it will be right out- I already told you the rest- one plate at a time 20-30 minutes apart. Finally I told the waitress look just bring me anything to eat. So I received grilled salmon over Alfredo pasta. I waited two hours to get food! My entire party had eaten their full meals. There was 1 party of 4-5 people who we Here’s the kicker- the food was fantastic!!!! One of my sisters had the lamb sliders with truffle fries, my older sister had jollof rice and my brother had hamburger and fries. Absolutely no reason for such a delay. But the food was delicious. I wouldn’t come back or recommend to a friend The staff although Incompetent were friendly and pleasant- not at all rude as previous reviews stated

Customer service was terrible. Food was terrible , my food was not cooked. It was the worst experience I had in a lounge. Hookah was on point tho

Royal Fusion seems to suffer from trying to be too many things at once. If you want a romantic and intimate dinner this is not the place. Music was far too loud for a 6:30 dinner reservation. If you want a lounge vibe to have a few drinks with friends this is definitely place for you. Service was poor and food was overcooked. My girlfriend and I waited 15-20 minutes for our drinks( I ordered a ginger ale and she ordered a homemade sangria that only had to be poured). Ultimately this is a new restaurant and I hope with a few more months of experience they will iron out some of the problems.

I had the Jollof Pineapple Fried Rice & it was amazing! My friend had the mac n cheese & salmon with jollof, and they loved it. Will definitely be back, 10/10!
