We decided to have brunch at Royal for my son’s 18th birthday! We were met with phenomenal hostesses. The waitress was attentive, patient and very kind. We had a large party, but she was very diligent. She never missed a beat. The food was absolutely delicious. We all ordered different things and EVERYONE raved about their food. I’ll definitely be back, again and again.

Everything was great! My only feedback is that I’m truly missing the blackened salmon and grits with succotash - so sad!

Service was outstanding. Food was excellent! We had an exceptional experience and felt welcomed into the restaurant from the moment we walked in the door.

The Royal Restaurant in Old Town Alexandria is now open for dinner! The menu is varied and the options we chose were good! Would definitely come back!

Royal has done a great job renovating. They are very nice and accommodating. Love the patio and bar! Wings and spanikopita dip are so yummy! Also have great happy hour specials. Gino has taken care of our group 2 weeks in a row and is great! I do wish they had more appetizers/shared plates.

Our first time here. Restaurant week menu. App, entree and dessert were delicious and service was attentive. We will be back soon to try the other items on the dinner menu.
