   The steak, ordered medium, was overcooked and tough. The cost of dessert was deducted from the bill, not the price of the steak.

   My husband had ordered the duck. He got through one piece of it and asked for it to be sent back. Rather than take it off the bill, we still ended up having to pay for an inedible dish. Disappointed. The vegetables on both dishes could have been cooked for longer.

   Came in with a party of 7 to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Our server (Gen?) was polite and friendly. She recommended the Boat & we loved it! My lamb was slightly overcooked & my brothers duck was definitely undercooked. Wine & drinks selection was okay but they don’t really know how to do wine service. All in all good experience.

   We've had Jen as our server for our last 3 anniversary dinners and she is fantastic. Just the right amount of friendliness to us while not interrupting our dinner either. Shes a big reason we keep coming back. Food was fantastic. I had the set menu with wine pairing. That was a nice value we were quite happy with. Only downside was a very loud man at a nearby table but Jen was kind enough to let us move to the other end of the restaurant where we couldn't hear him as much. Look forward to coming back again in the future.

   雰囲気はキャパがそれなりにありながら他のゲストが 気にならない空間にしている様に感じました。せっかくのグアムですから海が見えたら良かったのですが あまり見えず少し残念。 お料理はコースを頂きましたがどれも美味しく、少し濃いめの味付けでお酒がすすみました。 ただ、男性には少なく感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。 お会計時にそれまでニコニコしていたギャルソンが ニコリともしなくなってビックリしました。 ちゃんとチップもお支払いしたのになぁと帰りにモヤモヤしました。

   We were a party of 4 for Roy’s 3-course lunch menu at $38 okus 10% each. Two of my friends got to-go bowls as they couldn’t finish their food. We noticed that other tables got paper bags so we had to ask for them. We waited for our dessert which we noticed other tables that came after us were getting theirs so we asked if we could get ours. The male staff said - I will let your server know. After several minutes, one of my friends followed up. We got our dessert but 2 of us didn’t have utensils because they were taken when dishes were being cleared but not all were by then so we had to ask for the utensil (thought there would be a different utensil for the dessert). We know the place was busy that day so one friend asked half way through & was told a big party (of around 12 maybe) got booked last minute but yet there were 2 other parties & tables were filled up so staffing was an issue as it looked like they pulled staff from another outlet but the staff jare not up to par for a fine dining restaurant. Anyways, we were a table away from the kitchen area so staff passed by a lot, as one can imagine. My question is - does the price cover just the food or is a certain level of service expected too?
