   Excellent food and staff. Perfect cocktails. No rush to leave though many tables full.

   Went on a Monday right when the restaurant opened. Was quickly seated and provided menus. Had to ask for the weekday prix fixe lunch menu which we did order from. The timing of the courses was terrific and so was the food. The server kept our beverages full. Was a great experience and would definitely return.

   As a frequent patron of the RPM restaurants this experience was very disappointing. Honestly, this is the 3rd disappointing experience at RPM Italian Las Vegas and as such we will not be coming back. No comparison to the incredible experiences in Chicago.

   Recommended highly. Great pasta menu and more. Service attentive. Seating very nice. Nice ambience. Cacio and pepe simple and recommended

   Always superb service, really well done and delicious food, spectacular experience every time! Started at the bar with their Crystal Paloma, amazing, and a prosciutto plate which is always so good. This visit’s dinner was simple, split a Caesar which was very good with crispy lettuce and a nice Parmesan cracker, then rigatoni with vodka sauce with a hint of spice, and classic spaghetti with a meatball.

   Arancini appetizer and brussels sprouts salad were amazing. Loved the spaghetti and meatballs. Service was top notch.

   Delicious! Best chicken parmesan ever! Everything from cocktails, apps, entrees, and desserts were amazing. I'm a huge foodie and this was the best food of the trip.

   Moses was our server and was fantastic. We will ask for him specifically when we come back, which we will. Beal parm was another level
