   I really enjoy staying at Ruby Hotels. I have always had a good experience with them, except for the food at Ruby Emma in Amsterdam. While their breakfast was good, I was disappointed by the quality of their small bites. They were serving guests frozen pizza that tasted like the kind you can find at grocery stores. Even the store-bought ones tasted better. I gave the restaurant an overall rating of 3 stars, mainly because of the staff. Four out of five of their staff were amazing, but there was always one who had an attitude. After trying the pizza, I left it and went upstairs to Ventuno, which was exceptional. Given the high price charged by the hotel bar, I wouldn't recommend trying their small bites.

   We only came for a cocktail, which were pricey but good. The interior and appearance of everything including staff was impeccable. However, service was on the slow side and our invoice was wrong two times. But it's definitely a nice place for a fancy date :)

   Made a reservation, but when we reported at the desk, the lady didn't even look up properly to communicate. Then she informed us that they do not work with reservations and that we would have to find a table ourselves. The service afterward was minimal. It felt like we were bothering the staff with our orders. When trying to pay the bill, they again ignored us for a while. Never again....

   Wij hadden een cocktail gedronken. De locatie is sfeervol en chique. De bediening was uitmuntend. De dame wist veel te vertellen over de drankjes op de menukaart.
