   The Maitre ‘D kindly moved our party of four from a high top to a more secluded regular table where we thoroughly enjoyed tasty cocktails, a superb tasting menu and an extensive wine list for pairings. Friendly, attentive service added even more pleasure to the experience. Thank you!

   Just a wonderful experience all around. From the welcome by the maître'd to the attentive (not too attentive!) waiting staff, it was a fabulous evening. There is an imaginative and extensive drinks menu as well as a good selection of by the glass wines / champagne. The menu was creative and absolutely brilliantly executed, we had monkfish, lamb and pork dishes as mains, all were great. The desserts were delightful and beautifully presented. The ambience is perfect, you can hear your fellow diners to chat without being overwhelmed by the curated and tasteful background music. The open bar / kitchen area is welcoming and fun. We sat in the green booths. It was comfortable and gave perfect view of the whole restaurant. I moved to Jax a few years ago and this is definitely the best meal / restaurant so far. Thank you!

   While the food is spectacular, it was definitely missing the fireworks, maybe we are spoiled, since we try all great places all over. If this was our only restaurant we've visited it would have been the best. The quality was great, but after spending $1000 for 4 it was lacking the fireworks, as mentioned above. I would go back, to try more dishes.

   I took my girlfriend to Rue for their Valentine’s Day tasting menu, and the experience was great. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable.

    We had to call the restaurant to let them know we would be a few minutes late, they were kind and accommodating. The restaurant itself is beautiful, it had a cozy feel inside and was perfect for our anniversary celebration. The door was opened for us when we arrived, checking in and seating was done quickly. There was a little card on the table for our celebration. I thought this was a very sweet touch. Our server made sure our reservation requests were correct and checked if we had any allergies. We went with the tasting option with wine pairing and added the Foie Gras. We also started with libations. The drinks and food were delicious and the wine pairings were on point. The pacing was lovely and allowed for us to really enjoy the food and each others company. I don't think I can say enough of how much it was worth coming here and I hope to visit again and explore more of their menu options!
