   Love the food, service and ambiance. But the noise level is such that you have to speak very loudly to your companions, even during lunch. Some padding under the tables might help.

   The food at Ruggles Black is excellent. We had two appetizers, Tuna Ceviche and Beef Empanada, they were delightful. I look forward to trying more GF course options. Valet parking is gracious and easy. The waiter service is terrible. Clearly, our waiter had no training, no sensitivity that his job is not just to clear dishes, but to help us have an enjoyable evening. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet it took 20 minutes to get cocktails, and he came back with "new bartender" excuses. He was constantly interrupting our conversation. I had to explain that yes, it is possible for him to deliver one appetizer and then the other, in succession, not simultaneously. Geez! I will be back. Please tell the excellent chef to insist that the manager train the wait staff.

   The food is always amazing at this restaurant and there is quite a nice selection of healthy item on the menu. Our only complaint is that the music is that of a dance club, and the volume is always set pretty high. It's a small restaurant, and when it fills up, the noise level can make it unpleasant.

   Service was super attentive but we never felt rushed. The food and suggestions were outstanding. Could not have had a better experience.

   Stephen was our server and did an excellent job. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, with lots of options for allergies and different types of diets, Paleo, Keto, gluten-free, etc. We wish they had not added the art and plastic plants to the decor. It was really cool and swanky but gives off old Italian restaurant vibes now. Still, the food and service are amazing, and we will return.

   It is very rare to find a truly keto friendly restaurant. There are many that have keto-ish options, or using a variation of a dish to have a meal, but Ruggles Black has found the way to make a cohesive and excellent soup-to-nuts, appetizer to dessert experience that falls firmly and properly within a ketogenic diet. From the sublime keto crust tandoori chicken pizza, to the excellent brussel sprouts appetizer, finishing with a simple perfect keto Nutella cake and keto lemon cheesecake, there was not a single forkful of anything less than delight. Not a single mouthful went to waste. We will be returning.

    Had a wonderful holiday dinner with my family. I appreciate the extensive keto/low carb options and the wide variety of flavor profiles. Everyone was able to eat within their dietary restrictions an everyone was very happy with their food. Gabriel took great care of us all night. The music level got louder and louder throughout the night which made it a little hard to talk. Highly recommend the Problem #7 appetizer (roasted scallops) which everyone loved.
