Trabajamos la masa de pizza con mucho cuidado, 24 horas de reposo y esta prohibido el uso de rodillo en la cocina.

Service was casual and slow last night. I had to go into the dining room to remind the staff that we were waiting for our order to be taken. It wasn't busy: they were just distracted .

La comida es regular, nada espectacular (además de que pedimos la pizza cuatro que dice tener almendras y no le pusieron 😅). Las alcachofas muy avinagradas, como que las compran ya en conserva. Nos asignaron una mesa que estaba completamente oculta, tapada por árboles y los meseros no nos veían, al grado de tener que ir a buscarlos o llamarles fuerte para que nos atendieran. No fue tan buena experiencia como esperaba, pero tampoco descartaría regresar, solo no sería mi primera opción.
