   Racy time I visit Western New York I make it a practice to dine at Russel’s!! The atmosphere, food and service are second too!!! I’ll be back again!!

   My husband and I went to Russell’s to celebrate my birthday! Their pear martinis are very good. We started with the sausage bread which was so yummy. We had the dinner for two. We both had the Caesar salad. For an entree I picked the Atlantic salmon with dill sauce and a baked potato as my side. My salmon was cooked to perfection and delicious. My husband chose to upgrade to the 9 oz filet. His was very good as well. We both took leftovers home. I would definitely recommend Russell’s. Can’t wait to go back!

   Food and service was good. I was just not happy with the hotel stay and it took away from my experience at the restaurant.

   The ribeye steak was delicious cooked to perfection with lots of mushrooms Waiters were courteous and efficient and quiet.

   Celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary at Russell's...Service and food were exceptional...had a wonderful anniversary dinning experience....highly recommend!

   My husband and I went for our Anniversary dinner. We've gone here for many celebrations with family. I decided to try the clams casino after seeing reviews. I have to agree they were wonderful. The chopped salad was very good and of course my filet was cooked to perfection. This is definitely our go to for a nice dinner out.

   This is our go to restaurant when we want to celebrate or just enjoy excellent food and service. They always have a great selection of various entrees to fit any food preferences from steaks to seafood or poultry. Have never been disappointed with any meal there or the service!

   We've been to Russel's on a couple special occasions. Our prior visit was exceptional. 22rd wedding anniversary. Great food, great waiter, great ambiance. Most of all we had fun too! We had our 25th wedding anniversary there recently & it was good. My 14 ounce fillet mignon was overdone. I ordered medium rare & I received medium well. The cut was very good & retained more flavor than I anticipated for it being cooked improperly. My wife's cut was cooked to her liking but her seafood bisque was terrible. Runny like watery gravy & the seafood content was lacking at best. My wife is critical of our high end meals so I took her back for the big 25th. Unfortunately I should have tried somewhere else.

    After eating at Baccus, Giancarlos and a few other amazing restaurants in Buffalo we where stoked to eat at this iconic restaurant. We arrived early so we checked in with the host. The owner was their, the host mentoned we had reservations, he gruffly told us to wait. So we ordered drinks at the bar. After a few we where called back to the stand to be seated. A man walked up a pulled the drink from my hand...... and asked us to follow him to a small side by side table. And he pushed the table in so we where pinned against the wall. After what felt like forever or waiter came up. Gave us a long winded speech about the speicals. My wife ordered the caprase salad and I the ceaser. Both where good but I felt like mine from a kit, and my wifes was sloppily presented. I ordered the ribeye with dema glace and my wife got the 9oz filet. When the food arrived the waiter asked us to cut open and check our steaks. I found this disappointing because for $140 worth of steak you would expect it to be cooked perfectly by the kitchen. We both agreed they lacked flavor and mine especially was very "one note" as my wife put it. When the waiter arrived back he never asked us how everything was only if we need box's. We definitely felt a bit rushed. Overall I found the place to be stuffy, pretentious, and underwelming.
