This was my first time dining at this location. I normally go to the one downtown and always have an amazing experience. However, at this location, I’m not sure if it was short staffed or what the deal was - but our server was not personable at all and everything was moving so slow. Took a long time to order, get the bill, and it didn’t seem like she cared at all to wait on us. I was pretty disappointed.

Good was excellent. Servers were great. Everything was great so much better than the one in downtown saint louis. The only thing I had a problem with was I had a 6pm reservation and got there at 6:05 and wasn’t seated until about 6:20. Why even do a reservation if we were not seated on time.

The server was obnoxiously arrogant. The steaks were either under or overcooked significantly and no one asked.

Our server Dan was AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable, welcoming and made the dining experience a memorable one. The ribeye was phenomenal! We'll definitely be back!

Love this restaurant, the atmosphere and service is outstanding. We both had fillets and both cooked perfect to our liking. Our hold dinner was very good. We did have reservations and when we got there, they were very busy and had to wait a little while, but it was worth the wait.

Overall it was a very nice anniversary dinner, the food came out quick and it was very tasty but the prices were very extreme. My steak was rare when I asked for medium rare, the appetizer plate that was set on our table was dirty, the first cocktail I ordered was disgusting but they did get me a different one with no hesitation. If the prices were a 1/4 of what they were we would return but I just didn't see the value in their menu. If I'm spending that kind of money on dinner I would expect different quality in the food.

It was hard to talk over the loud music. The sides are so large they are meant to be shared but sharing is not always welcomed by diners who desire different sides. We will not be returning because we prefer Sam’s Steak House.
