    The steak was mostly fat. The waiter didn’t tell me there was a built in tip so he he ended up with a 40% tip. I didn’t realize until I got home. That’s dishonest. The place smelled like weed and a lot of patrons had on ball caps and hoodies. Overall horrible

    Bartenders are rude and ignorant. Saying 10-15 min before they will come and take your order. Our sever upstairs Phil was Very Good! We haven’t gone to Thai location in a couple years. This is an exact reason why we stopped. Poor bar service with bad attitude. Back to Annie Gunn’s, flemings, twisted tree and capital.

    Although the restaurant was packed, the service and food were unaffected. The entire visit was enjoyable because of the wonderful ambience, service and meal. We both really enjoyed our evening. Pous our server Tyler was the best!

    Our reservation was at 8 o’clock. We didn’t get our table until 840. Which a 40 minute wait not happy about that. I made reservations two months ago and still had to wait for 40 minutes to get my table. !

    I would usually give 5 stars, as this is my favorite restaurant. My husband and I had a 7pm Valentine’s reservation, which I had booked months ago. We arrived early around 6:45.(Glad we did because they seemed to be way overbooked) We were seated around 7:20. The lobby was packed with people waiting. Our table was a tiny table obviously squeezed in for the busy night. It was an awkward seating arrangement and felt a little close to our neighbors. We usually don’t dine out on Valentine’s Day and probably won’t again. The amount of customers caused the usually impeccable service level to be greatly reduced. What we love about Ruth’s Chris is the dynamic people who elevate the experience, this was a different case, service was extremely slow, not very friendly or engaging and I honestly couldn’t wait to go home, took dessert to go. We had to remind our waiter that we ordered drinks which he said slipped his mind- The food is always delicious, no complaints there. On the way out I stopped in the ladies room only to find each stall out of toilet paper and an overall mess. I know it was a tough night for them, and I won’t hold it against them- but definitely will avoid on Valentines days in the future.

    My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day dinner. We had a reservation at 6:30 but didn’t get sat until about 7:00. I was okay with that though because they had ample waiting seating and I could tell it was very busy. We ordered the calamari appetizer to start. The flavor was great, but the sauce made the breading soggy and the breading was falling off. We both agreed that we would have preferred the sauce on the side to dip in so that the breading would stay crispy. I got the petite filet and the baked potato, both were delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly and the flavor was great. The baked potato was sizable. I also had the Wild berry Lemonade cocktail and it was GREAT! One of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Overall it was a great experience!

    Horrible. Had a reservation for 5:30. Arrived on time and checked in at the hostess desk. "Okay, we got you checked-in". We waited. After waiting to almost 6:00, we asked a hostess how far behind they were on seating reservations, she walked by and just blew us off saying, " I don't know...". Once 6:15pm hit, 45 min past our reservation time, we went BACK to the hostess stand, spoke to another hostess who looked at her computer and said, "I am showing you are already seated...". We assured her that we have been standing right in front of her for the last 45 min, so we were probably not sat at a table. No apology, no acknowledgement, no nothing.... they sat us. So, 45 min later we are sat. In a make-shift corner table where the waiter came another TWENTY minutes later to get our drink order. Another 30 minutes later we finally received our drinks (martini and wine). We stopped him right there to put our order in because clearly this was NOT going to be a great experience. Put in order - it came another 45 minutes later!!!!! The best part was the food was hot. We can't argue there. We have yet to have even a decent experience at this establishment. Never. again. My recommendation - go to Capital Grille, Flemmings, etc. where they are consistently on-point and appreciate your patronage.

    Food was excellent as usual. Service was good, disappointed that waitress just said they're squeezing in everyone as we complained about table and offered no solution. Had reservations and our table was horrible, smallest table and in isle at doorway . Looked like we were squeezed in without reservations. Experience was terrible and uncomfortable, get getting bumped into and no room on table for anything. As someone who eats here regularly it was not what we expected. Staff didn't care about your comfort and did nothing when comment was made about table and location during seating. We skipped desert so we could just get out of our seats and leave. After consistently spending $230-$260 for meals here we may not go back. It's a shame nothing lasts. If I had to do it again I would have left and not ate here.

    We booked for Valentines Day and chose the $160 special for two. We knew we’d order cocktails and appetizers. We were sat in a table right by the door and waitstaff station. The restaurant was expectedly busy. However, our waitstaff seemed rattled and it was only 3p. We were there to have a good time. That’s why we felt tender towards our waitstaff. She was nicely kind, sweet, and regularly checking on us. We had to ask for our cocktails after the delicious seafood sampler arrived. They arrived just before we finished and before salads (which were yummy Caesar). Our steaks arrived medium well, not medium rare—maybe not her fault. After 25 minutes more, they arrived with no sides. She went to get them and we had our delicious meal. The steaks were perfect! The mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were on point! Due to the food delivery issues our waitstaff offered us more dessert and we chose carrot cake to take home — the best dang cake. Nonetheless, we asked for take home boxes and our check. This took about an hour because “someone had moved it” and our waitstaff couldn’t find it. She almost cried apologizing and said the cocktails were on Ruth Chris. Again, we were sympathetic tipping generously, she said she felt like she didn’t deserve it. Yet, as waitstaff in younger days, I know everyone has off nights. However, once we got to the car, the cocktails cost was not removed. So … will we go back to enjoy the expertly prepared food? That is to be determined at a later date …
