We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. I ordered a salad with no cheese and I got the wrong one and when the waiter noticed it he said it must have not been too much cheese since I ate part of it when he should have asked if I wanted a new one. He was very inattentive to our table all night. This is not the typical service for this restaurant. It was disappointing.

Our server, John, was absolutely amazing. It was 2pm so the restaurant was quiet, but we still got the amazing service and food we were hoping for.

Last minute dinner plans, and I regret picking this restaurant. The food was average, and the service was also slow. The constant up-sell by the waiter on wine and appetizers was way too obvious. It was also a birthday dinner, and they didn't even bring my wife the cake . I guess if I bought the $300 bottle of wine and the appetizer special, they would have remembered. Lastly, spending over $100 a person something didn't agree with me when I returned home. Wow, never again!

Usually good but not tonight. Medium steak was closer to rare so sent it back and came back closer to well done. Did not get a credit for that $60. Wife’s Sea bass was not flaky and needed a knife to cut it. Sent it back and they did credit that off the bill.

I had a reservation for 7, I knew that it was gonna be a 20% gratuity, after placing our drink order the waitress said that we would have to put everything on one bill, which would have been fine had the app stated that instead of it only stating the 20% gratuity. The manager at Ruth Chris stated that they could not accommodate us in a different way due to the fact that our reservation was made through opentable. Long story short I was very disappointed
