    Went to dinner with my wife , I ordered a bone in ribeye which I’ve been eating all my life and it was overcooked. The manager ( Sebastian) proceeded to insist it was medium rare. When they finally took it back , obviously I had to wait for a new steak. My wife was finished with her meal when I got a steak back it wasn’t a bone in ribeye and it was burnt on the outside. No one else approached the table when I told them this wasn’t a bone in ribeye, but they just adjusted $15 off the check. Very disappointing for a business that claims to be a steakhouse!

    Overall good dining experience. I thought the lighting was a little bright & mentioned it to the waiter who told the manager, but they left it the same. While the dinner menu included a very limited selection of wines, they should have included a wine menu with the other menus when seating us. I had to ask for a separate wine list. But overall the service was good and the meal too.

    Waiter was new, forgot our sides as steaks came out first. Manager came over and told him this is not the service I have known at Ruth’s. He comped our sides as the steaks were nearly finished by the time they arrived. Not going back to this location.

    Just didn’t like to be seated by a bunch of people. Felt like I couldn’t really talk and the food took awhile to come out. Our waitress talked to us like we were kids

    Daniel was our server, he was amazing and very attentive! It was a busy evening, but it seemed like the host who walked us to our table was annoyed. Overall, it was pleasant but could use some updating of the restaurant itself. Also, other Ruth Chris’ decorate the table and sprinkle decorations on it for special occasions. This one didn’t.
