The service was great to begin with, then my boyfriend found a hair in his lobster and staff totally stepped it up! They were super apologetic about the incident and my guy got a brand new plate, we both got free sides and his meal was on the house. They tried their best to rectify a hairy situation. I will definitely be back here

CeCe our Waitress was awesome and welcomed us and gave us Outstanding Service. This was not my first experience with Ruth Chris out of the Long Beach area, and this is by far one of the better Ruth Chris experiences.

Great dinner. Great wine. Great friends. Steaks were cooked perfectly and you can not go wrong with their chicken. Simply amazing.

Overall really good. Our food was cooked perfectly. service was great as well. The only thing that I really didn’t like was that they sat us in the bar are towards the back. It didn’t hinder the service or food. But just felt off that we weren’t part of the main dining room.
