Went for my friends Anniversary and did not have a great experience. I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris restaurants all over the country and in Aruba and never had a bad experience. For some reason tonight, the service was awful. We waited for an hour & a half before we were served. Food came out cold and had to be sent back. However, the management and the waiter sincerely apologized and did everything they could to make it up to us. This is how an experienced team & manager turns what would have been an awful experience into a pleasant night. They made a bad night better by acknowledging the issue and giving us a gift card. (We didn’t ask for anything) Bottom line, they turned a bad night into a good night. And of course we’ll all be back. Great job by the manager and waiter.

Waitor was 100% on top of everything. Outstanding service. Food was cooked to perfection.

Our waiter Robert was awesome. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly. Food was great. Would definitely go back.

Steak and sides were outstanding Steak was delicious, no steak sauce or seasoning needed Garlic mash and creamed spinach were excellent

Beautiful surroundings without appearing pretentious. Waitstaff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Food is delicious from a large salad to steak and sides. Highly recommend!

I had a GC that was hacked - their fault. Had to go out of pocket for the balance. Still trying to resolve. No satisfaction at this time.

Service was slow, despite restaurant not that busy. Waited too long for our drinks, 2 club sodas and a chilled glass of Cabernet red wine. Chilled red wine??? Had to flag down server to ask for an un-chilled replacement. I can understand it with an alfresco lunch in Italy in the heat, but appalled at a steakhouse. Then, delivered an unordered side dish, waiter admitted his mistake and left it on the table. Nice gesture, except tried to charge us anyway and had to ask him to remove the charge on the bill.
